Saturday 9am to 11am

In this 2 hour class we will be exploring our breathing patterns and invite our breath into its true home.

This class will include a talk on breath, stretching, gentle movement, tension release with props and guided meditation.

Wear comfortable clothing, have a blanket nearby for warmth, water, yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, yoga strap and any other props to make yourself comfortable.

Cost is $25 per person

Saturday 9am to 10am

 This a slow, deep intentional Restorative Stretch class. In this 1 hour class, we will gently bring our bodies into stretches that are supported by the earth.

Connecting BodyMind with breath and presence.

Space is limited to 14 people so reserve your spot as soon as possible.

You will need; a yoga mat, 2 yoga blocks, water, blanket and anything else to make the space more comfortable for you.

Cost is $12 per person

Saturday 9am to 10:30am

 We will be relaxing into gentle, supported poses for extended periods of time to encourage the body to let go of tension and find balance and harmony. In allowing the time for longer poses and deeper breathing, we create the space to invite the relaxation response.

You will need;

Yoga Mat,4 Yoga Blocks, Yoga Strap

2 Blankets, 2 Large Towels, Bottle of Water

A Bolster if you have one

You are welcome to bring a heat pad or Heated blanket to lay on

I do have some extras of supplies :)

Cost is $18 per person

 This is a great way to practice your moves and get in a fantastic work out.

Pre-requisite: Beginners Belly Dance
