Shasta started her personal and professional journey in 2010 at the Vancouver School of Bodywork and Massage. There she was introduced to Deep Flow which is a progressive approach to postural alignment and a way of life, which promotes the mind-breath-body and soul connection. Shasta fell in love and deepened her studies to become to a Deep Flow Therapist and Teacher.
Diving into self care retreats and classes, she continues to educate and expand her knowledge in the fields of transformational coaching, thriving lifestyles and Integral Anatomy.
Her teachings are passionate and revealing. Inviting in the freeing of holding patterns and expansion of the breath, connecting the soul into creativity, authenticity and embodiment of the experience. Yet her main focus is the elevation of people to their true potential and ensuring that the information revealed during the experience transfers to daily life.
Shasta maintains a private practice in Hope BC, Canada nestled in the Cascade Mountains surrounded by lakes, rivers and trails. She keeps her connection to earth and all that it offers, carrying a soft heart and a sparkling burst of laughter. She enjoys this lifestyle enveloped by family and friends.
